  • Optimised for reverse transcription, while retaining the polymerase activity. No RNase H activity is associated with the reverse transcriptase activity.
  • Performance of the whole process in one single tube dramatically lowers risk of contaminations, avoids secondary structures, and total reaction time is around 2 hours
