- BIOPAP Gel Form 'Ready-to-Use' kit includes reagents in gel form in independent vials, premixed and ready for use. The reaction mixture is prepared by dilution of the content of each reaction vial using bidistilled sterile water and/or the DNA sample.
- Patented technology, developed by BIOTOOLS.
- Discriminates between generic genotypes (6, 11, 13, 16, 18, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 39, 40, 42, 43, 44, 51, 52, 53, 54, 55, 56, 57, 58, 59, 61, 62, 64, 66, 67, 68 and 69), and amongst them, oncogenic genotypes (16, 18, 31, 33, 35, 52, 58 and 67).
- The kit contains 24 or 48 reactions in 0.2 ml reaction tubes.
- Manipulation and risk of sample contamination causing false positive results is substantially reduced thanks to gel form of all the amplification reagents but DNA and water, assembled in single tubes. Furthermore, these components remain stable at 4 ºC, which greatly facilitates its shipping and storage, allowing handling at room temperature.
- As an additional advantage, gel form allows the performance of 'hot-start' reactions. For this purpose, just add water to the gel reagents, and introduce in the thermal cycler without resuspension.
